You can experience a world in which gifted individuals discover their own amazing powers and use them for purposes both good and nefarious. Gemini: Heroes Reborn, a new first-person action-adventure from developers Imperative Entertainment and Phosphor Games, tells an original story about the dark side of being a hero.
In Gemini, you assume the role of Cassandra, an everyday college student who embarks on a journey to learn about her new-found superpowers – which include telekinesis, various types of reality-shifting, and slowing down and jumping back-and-forth in time – in a desperate effort to save her abducted friend from the Quarry, a mysterious underground facility. Cassandra’s foes force her to think on her toes, as some of them are impervious to her powers… while others have some miraculous tricks of their own. Quick, creative thinking spells the difference between success and failure in Gemini.
“We designed [Gemini: Heroes Reborn] to be a true gamer’s game that requires players to read and react to hostile situations quickly and effectively,” said Tim Kring, “Heroes” creator and Imperative Entertainment co-founder. “The ability to combine or ‘stack’ multiple superpowers provides a gameplay experience unlike any game yet, and we are eager to see some of the creative solutions players come up with to get through the game.”
Gemini: Heroes Reborn is now available for $14.99 on Xbox One, Playstation 4, and Windows PC.
